BMF Members
We are BMF members and use their standard contract, under which the purchaser owns the boat and any materials brought for it to the value of stage payments made throughout the constructional process.

Boat Specifications
Once the final design has been agreed we will produce a layout drawing, specification details and prices and this will form the basis of the above contract. Subject to constructional restraints this specification can be varied by the purchaser by agreement after the contract has been signed.

EC RCD
All boats comply with EC Recreational Craft Directive.

Stage Payments
£500 deposit secures building slot and prices quoted
Within one month of above purchase price including any extras (less £500) 10% payable on signing of contract.
30% on completion of steelwork
50% on fitting of engine, windows & external doors and interior lining & flooring
10% on acceptance by purchaser
PLEASE NOTE we require cleared funds in our bank account before we can hand over the boat, and before it can be taken from Longport Wharf.

Moorings
Up to two weeks free moorings are available at Longport Wharf from the date of acceptance by the purchasers. Thereafter by agreement and normal charges will apply.
